RAREBULLION.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether the order has been confirmed and also paid for already into our bank account or through PayPal or whether the order has only been confirmed but not yet paid for into our bank account or through PayPal or whether the order has been confirmed and the payment by bank account or PayPal is still underway but not yet received by us. If your payment has already been received for this type of order (product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or if the price was not updated accordingly) then RAREBULLION.COM shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price or in the amount of the price that is not accordingly updated. RAREBULLION.COM also reserves the right not to accept and to cancel any orders that was placed for products should it mistakenly be offered by RAREBULLION.COM as available in stock while it is currently out of stock. These types of orders of which the availability of the product or amount in stock was mistaken can be as well cancelled by RAREBULLION.COM whether the order has been confirmed and also paid for already into our bank account or through PayPal or whether the order has only been confirmed but not yet paid for into our bank account or through PayPal or whether the order has been confirmed and the payment by bank account or PayPal is still underway but not yet received by us. Term; Termination
